Digital: A Love Story: An Indie Game/Romance Novel

The best way to describe Digital is to say it will never be repeated. This game is so one-of-a-kind that you feel nostalgic while playing it. This game is set in 1988, pre-world-wide-web, and you play a character that receives the ability to "dial in" to a BBS and communicate with various people, including Emilia (the love interest). The first few minutes of things are rather confusing on this game as you aren't familiar with 1988 computers, but you soon will and things will flow like clock-work. After 20 minutes of sending and replying to messages it gets rather dull, boring, and hard to internalize. If you set down and play the game to its end it will take 3 or 4 hours. Thats why I treated like I was back in 1988 and played the game as if I was really sending emails. I woke up checked my real email, then my Digital email and I found that much more enjoyable. Bottom Line: This game is cool, but pace yourself so you can really enjoy it for what it is.
